  • The Annual Amount of Production : about 180 tons (180 thousand boxes)
  • Features : The dried persimmon has a lot of tannins (which stops the diarrhea and calms the stomach problem), potassium, vitamin C and other nutrients. The Pasu Dried Persimmon, which is the famous specialty for the district, is from Pasu in Haman-myeon. This dried persimmon was given to the royal court in the past and this is perfect to make persimmon punch as it doesn’t have seed and as it easily melt in warm water like sugar.

  • Specification of Product : 0.9L (0.9L X 1 per bottle)
  • Features : This persimmon vinegar is made of 100% persimmons and it is premium vinegar that has mild taste with various organic acids as it was naturally fermented for a long time. One of the features is that this persimmon vinegar did not use any preservative.

5-Minute Cheonggukjang (fast-fermented bean paste)

  • Specification : 50g per bag
  • Features : This Cheonggukjang was made in conventional method, which was to ferment in a red clay room on top of straw.
    This is easy to use product due to its tasty smell as it has the nutrients of freeze-dried beans and the effect of Cheonggukjang.

Asirang Barley Korean Beef

  • Features : 'Asirang Barley Beef' is the high-quality beef only sold at special stores. The superior cattle, which is produced from the first-grade sperm, is castrated after 4~6 months old and raised up to 30 months by feeding ‘Haman’s special barley beef feed’, which is customized breeding program for each growth stage with barley, mineral and microorganism, and then after analyzing the quality of the meat through ultrasonic only the meats over first-grade (A, B1, 1+, 1++) will be shipped to livestock system.

  • Features : 'Asirang Dondori Pork' is the high-quality pork only sold at special stores. The superior pork, which is produced from the first-grade sperm at Livestock Artificial Insemination Center, is raised up to 6 month years old by feeding well-being food, which is customized special breeding program for each growth stage with barley, mineral and microorganism, and only the meats over first-grade (A and B) will be shipped to livestock system.
